This study analyzed the persistence of adalimumab in patients with psoriasis in Colombia, which is a long-term indicator of treatment effectiveness and safety.

It was found that those with mild or moderate psoriasis tended to continue treatment more, and most patients tolerated the drug well.

Most patients use ADA biosimilars due to cost and availability at our institution.

Simultaneous use of ADA and methotrexate is preferred in patients with more severe disease.

This information is important because it helps inform decision-making and determines which patients can benefit most and for the longest period from adalimumab treatment.
