This study found that using ultrasound to check the most affected joints, entheses or tendons - MIJET and 2MIJET - can help predict if a psoriatic arthritis treatment will work before standard clinical evaluation. These ultrasound scores may help doctors see which patients are responding to treatment, even when symptoms like pain may come from other causes like fibromyalgia. This could lead to more personalized and effective care for people with PsA.
