I am a board-certified dermatologist from Japan, currently serving as a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Department of Dermatology at the University of California, Davis. I earned my M.D. from Saitama Medical University in 2014 and completed my Ph.D. at Teikyo University School of Medicine in 2022. I have extensive clinical and research experience in dermatology, with a particular focus on atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and autoimmune blistering diseases such as pemphigus and pemphigoid.

I have held multiple academic and clinical positions, including Clinical Assistant and Graduate Student roles at Teikyo University, and completed residencies both in dermatology and general medicine. I am an active member of several professional societies including the Japanese Dermatological Association, the Japanese Society for Psoriasis, and the Japanese Society of Allergology.

My contributions to dermatological research have been recognized with numerous awards, such as the Torii-Teikoku Psoriasis Research Encouragement Award, the Janssen Psoriasis Award, and multiple prestigious international scholarships. I have authored over 30 peer-reviewed publications in respected journals, covering clinical studies and translational research related to inflammatory skin diseases and biologic therapies.

My current research at UC Davis focuses on the immunological mechanisms of chronic inflammatory skin diseases, aiming to contribute to the development of novel therapeutic strategies.
